Repeating Arcs

Created with pieces of bent laminated veneer that match the arc of a circle. The circle has an 18" diameter, the larger eye-shaped pieces are made from two quarter-circles, and the two smaller are made from two eighth-circles. The pieces are connected with dowels that fit into walnut pieces, and each part is offset an equal amount, 36 degrees, from the one next to it.
